How do I earn points?

You receive 50 bonus Points when you sign up. You have additional opportunities to take challenges within the app to receive more bonus Points. You receive one Point for nearly every dollar spent, before sales tax, on qualifying purchases.

What are qualifying purchases?

All purchases made online and at participating locations qualify except gift cards, shipping, returned merchandise, taxes or other merchandise as noted for special promotions. What is the difference between pending points and earned points? Earned Points will post to your account within 30 days of the purchase date. Points will be pending prior to the 30-day requirement. Points remain pending for 30 days due to merchandise return eligibility. Only earned Points count toward Rewards.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire 6 months from your last purchase. To inquire about Point expiration dates, contact Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377).

When I return an item, how are my points affected?

The Points earned from the returned merchandise will be deducted from your Point account.

How do I inquire about missing points from my transaction history?

To apply Points earned while you were a GUESS List member but are not reflected in your Pending or Earned points balance, please contact Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377).

Can I get points for purchases made prior to my GUESS List membership?

Only transactions made after you have signed up for the GUESS List program are eligible for Points.

How do I check my account balance?

If you have registered your GUESS List card online, you can review your Point and Reward balances in My Account on GUESS.com, or on the GUESS 81 app. You can retrieve account information at any time in store or by calling Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377).

Why does my account balance not reflect the points from my transaction receipt?

Pending Points will show in your account within 24 hours of the purchase. Earned Points will post to your account within 30 days of the purchase.

Why don't I see the points from my most recent purchase?

Points may take up to 72 hours to load into the Loyalty tab. If after 72 hours you still do not see your points, contact Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377).

Why has my points account balance decreased?

There are a couple reasons you may see your account balance decrease. Your Points expire 6 months from your last purchase and will fall off your account balance. If your account balance was over 200 Points, you may have earned a Reward. In this case, you will see your account balance decrease by 200 Points and your Reward balance be credited with a Reward.

What should I do if I think there is an error in my point accounts?

Do qualifying purchases made outside the country I signed up in count towards my GUESS List membership?

You can earn points on purchases made in the US and Canada only. Points will be calculated based on the final sale price in the local currency. All Rewards will be issued in the currency associated with your sign-up location. If you use your Reward in a country different from the country where you signed up, the applicable exchange rate value of your Reward will apply to your purchase.

How do I earn a Reward?

Each time you earn 200 Points, your Point account balance will decrease by 200 Points and you will be issued a $10.00 Reward?. If you are a Noir List or Elite List member, you will be issued a $15.00 Reward? each time you earn 200 Points. This process may take up to 72 hours from the time Points are earned.

How can I redeem a Reward?

Rewards are redeemable at participating stores and at GUESS.com for future purchases of any eligible merchandise. Except in relation to certain types of offers (as indicated in the offer Terms and Conditions), Rewards are redeemable at all participating locations referenced above. Provide your GUESS List card for in-store purchases. For online purchases, log in to your account and add rewards on the Payment Page below Credit Card Information. Select Apply Awards and your awards balance will be applied up to the subtotal of your order. Awards cannot be applied towards shipping charges. Your GUESS List card must be registered online to redeem Awards on your online purchases.

Do my Rewards expire?

Rewards will expire, if not redeemed, within 60 days from the issue date. You may check the expiration date of your Rewards online in your GUESS List section of your account or in the Loyalty section of the app.

Why is my reward still pending?

A GUESS List Reward is not granted until you accumulate 200 earned points. If your account displays 200 points or higher but you are waiting on a Reward, some of your points are still pending. Pending points are received through shopping but have not reached the threshold of our 30-day pending point policy (due to the ability to return). For a full breakout of your point status, log in to your account at GUESS.com.

If I return an item I used a Reward to purchase, do I get my Reward back?

Rewards are not refunded back to your account during a return or exchange transaction.

What can I purchase using my GUESS List Rewards?

Rewards are coupons for discounts off future purchases and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum of the Awards presented for redemption at participating stores, excluding tax. Rewards cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards or certain other merchandise and are not redeemable for cash.

How do I sign up for GUESS List?

You can enroll online at GUESS.com. You can also enroll at any participating GUESS, GUESS Factory or Marciano store in the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. A valid email address is required to become a GUESS List member and receive program benefits. Filling in additional information is optional and helps us provide a personalized shopping experience by offering promotions that are more targeted to your interests.

Who may join?

Must be a legal resident of the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada and 13 years of age or older with a valid email address. Only one account per customer is allowed and is non-transferable (cannot be merged with other accounts that belong to someone else; no exceptions). Employees are not eligible.

How do I join GUESS List if I do not have an email address?

You must have a valid email address to join GUESS List.

Can my friends and family share my GUESS List membership?

No, GUESS List memberships are not transferable and may only be used by an individual member for the member's personal benefit.

Where can I use my GUESS List card?

GUESS List cards are accepted at all participating stores as identified in the Program Terms and Conditions. To earn points on qualifying purchases, visit any participating store in the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada.

Where is my nearest store?

Find the nearest GUESS, GUESS Accessories, GUESS Factory, GUESS Factory Accessories, GBG or Marciano by using the Store Locator on any of their affiliate sites.

How do I sign up for GUESS List online if I am new to GUESS and do not have an existing GUESS.com account?

From the homepage, click the Sign In or Register CTA in the top right corner. Register for an account and check the box to become a GUESS List member. If you already have an account but want to sign up for GUESS List, click become a member in your profile or click on the GUESS List tab and sign up there.

Noir List status is awarded to members who have spent $500 or more in a rolling 12-month period. The member will receive an email confirming the upgrade to Noir List status. Noir List status will be added to the member’s existing GUESS List card and the member’s virtual card in the GUESS 81 app will be upgraded.

What are the extra benefits of Noir List status?

Noir List members are eligible for increased Rewards. For every 200 points accumulated, Noir List members receive a $15.00 Reward. To celebrate their birthday, Noir List members are also eligible to receive Double Points all month long, plus a bonus $20.00 Reward valid for the entire month. Noir List members also receive free standard shipping on all qualifying purchases.

How do I sign up for Elite List status?

Elite List status is awarded to members who have spent $1,000 or more in a rolling 12-month period. The member will receive an email confirming the upgrade to Elite List status. Elite List status will be added to the member’s existing GUESS List card and the member’s virtual card in the GUESS 81 app will be upgraded.

What are the extra benefits for Elite List status?

Elite List members receive all the same benefits as Noir List, with the addition of Free 2-Day Shipping on New Arrivals, an Exclusive Gift sent once a year and 30% off during the member’s Personal Discount Day. Members will receive their Personal Discount Day offer via email and will receive their Exclusive Gift at their primary shipping address. Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date to receive these benefits.

Why am I no longer receiving the benefits of Noir List status?

Noir List status is maintained by spending $500 or more in a rolling 12-month period. Members who spend less than this minimum amount during any 12-month period will still be eligible for standard GUESS List benefits but will not be eligible to receive Noir List benefits until they meet these minimum eligibility requirements again.

By becoming a GUESS List member, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from GUESS and its affiliates. The information we collect will be used to help us provide a more personalized shopping experience and personalized discounts applicable to purchases at participating stores. The personal information you provide as a GUESS List member will be handled and retained in accordance with the GUESS privacy policy located at GUESS.com.

What is my Elite List exclusive gift?

The Elite List gift is a surprise gift that will be mailed directly to your home once a year. A valid shipping address is required to receive the gift so it’s important to maintain accurate contact information in your account.

How do I receive my Elite List personal discoutn day 30% off perk?

Once you become a member in the Elite List, you will receive a welcome email with your 30% off discount. You will receive additional reminders of this discount and you can access the offer through the GUESS 81 app within the Loyalty section under Offers.

How do I log in to my account?

From the homepage, click on the My Account button to access the log in page. Log in to your GUESS List account using your email address and password on the left side of the page.

What if I forget my password?

From the homepage, click on the My Account button to access the log in page. Select "Forgot your password?" underneath the log in on the left side of the page.

How do I change my membership profile?

You can change your account profile online by logging in to your account on GUESS.com or GUESS.ca on the left side of the page and adjusting your personal profile.

Why is it important to register my account and keep my contact information current?

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information in store or online. GUESS is not responsible for Rewards or benefits not received because of inaccurate customer information.

What should I do if I lose my GUESS List card?

Visit a participating GUESS store for card replacements. Contact Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377) for your Points and Rewards from your original account to be transferred to your new account and for your original account to be deactivated.

What do I do if I have more than one membership card?

Contact Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377). Your account balances will be transferred to one card and all other cards will be deactivated.

What if I do not provide my GUESSS List card in-store or my GUESS List card number online at the time of a purchase?

Contact Customer Care at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377) and provide your transaction number, store number, register number, transaction date and transaction total.
