The above online return and exchange policy applies to all returns made by courier. Please note that this option is only available for items ordered from GUESS Online. If your item is from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

If you already have an account with us, simply log in and select the RETURN option in your order history. If you are returning a gift or do not have an account, you can locate your order with your order number. Follow the instructions to start your return process.
STEP 2: Choose QR Code, Use our UPS Label, or Use your own carrier.
QR Code:
Find your closest UPS Store and show the QR code at the bottom of your return email to the store associate. The UPS representative will print your return label and provide a polybag (if applicable).
Use our UPS label:
Attach the return label to the outside of your package and include your Return Authorization Form in the package with the item(s) you are returning to us.
Find your closest UPS location to ship your items back.
Use your own carrier:
Include your Return Authorization Form in the package with the item(s) you are returning to us.
Ship your package to our return center via the carrier of your choice:

We strongly suggest that you insure your package if you use an alternate shipping method since GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for any returns we do not receive.
If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may receive multiple shipping labels and return authorization forms. The return shipping charge for each shipping label ($6.95) used will be deducted from your refund. We suggest that you consolidate your return using just one of the shipping labels and include any return authorization forms printed in the package.
For Puerto Rico residents, this function is currently unavailable. To return your order, please ship your package through the carrier of your choice and include a copy of your invoice in the package.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are unable to accept returns by hand. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days of receipt of the items by us. Refunds are given for the aggregate price of the item shown on the original packing slip/invoice and all applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges and additional discounts. Some exceptions apply. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
