GUESS Cares is a philanthropic initiative led by our corporate and retail employees.

Through the program, our associates are encouraged to take action and be a part of something bigger by volunteering their time, contributing charitable donations and more.

Our mission is to empower our people, support humanity, and protect the environment.

Each initiative we support advocates for these values dedicated to uplift the communities in which we live and work.

Over the last year,

GUESS associates have volunteered their time and support to various initiatives

benefiting at-risk youth, cancer affected families, survivors of domestic and family violence, victims of natural disasters, animal rescues, and more.

GUESS Cares has expanded to include initiatives to better the lives and well-beings of our associates.

Mental Health

We support our employee's mental welfare with innovative Wellness Workshops featuring experts speaking on topics including cognitive reframing and setting boundaries for work-life balance.

Education

We developed Training Tuesdays as an opportunity for our employees to further their education. We cover an array of topics such as Excel skills, retirement planning, public speaking and time management.

Inclusivity

Events hosted on campus such as Bring Your Dog to Work Day, Farmer’s Markets and Taco Tuesdays bring our employees together to share a feel-good experience and build genuine relationships.

Well-Being

The general health of our associates is of utmost importance and that is why we provide a gym on campus and host meditative sound baths, yoga classes and acupuncture sessions.

GUESS Advocacy

With our platform, we share a purpose. With our GUESS Advocacy series, we spotlight the many faces of transformation within our very own hometown, the city of Los Angeles.
