Return and exchange policy

Although we are proud of all of our GUESS?, Inc. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective GUESS, Marciano GUESS kids, and GUESS Factory merchandise up to 30 days after shipment. Refunds for merchandise returned within the qualifying time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method, except for purchases made with a GUESS gift card. GUESS gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with labels attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the delivery slip or invoice. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, underwear, lingerie, perfumes, lotions, and items marked "final sale" on the website, tag, or invoice are not refundable. Swimwear purchased online and with the liner still attached is acceptable for return. Gift cards are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the original retailer's return policy.

Return and exchange instructions

Returns are now easier than ever! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:

Return by mail

The above Online Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns made by mail. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from GUESS Online. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

STEP 1: Visit our Online Returns Centers:

If you already have an account with us, simply log in and select the RETURN option in your order history. If you are returning a gift or don't have an account, you can locate your order with your order number. Follow the instructions to start your return process.

STEP 2: Print the Return Authorization Form & Shipping LabelEnclose your Return Authorization form in the return package with the item(s) you're sending back to us. If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may be issued multiple shipping labels and Return Authorization forms. The return shipping fee for each shipping label (CAD 11) used will be deducted from your refund. We suggest consolidating your return by using only one of the shipping labels and enclosing all printed Return Authorization forms into the package. If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for returns that we do not receive.

STEP 3: Packing & Courier Service Securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. Secure the shipping label on the package (covering up any old labels and UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location.

Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes (including GST, PST, QST), excluding any taxes paid on shipping fees, shipping fees and additional discounts. Certain exceptions apply. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Due to the current circumstances and in ensuring the safety of our employees, we apologize as you may experience longer than normal processing timelines for returns. Please use your online access to check the refund status and allow for possible delays in returns processing.

Return to store

The above Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns to store. Returns to store are also subject to our store return and exchange policy. Each of our brands may only be returned to their respective stores. For example, you can only return a Marciano item to a Marciano store. Certain exceptions apply.

STEP 1: Determine if the merchandise you wish to return is eligible for an in-store return by reviewing the above Return and Exchange Policy.

STEP 2: Find your nearest store location. Merchandise must be taken its respective store. Certain restrictions apply.

STEP 3: Bring your eligible merchandise along with the original packing slip or invoice, a photo ID and the credit card used when you placed your order (if applicable).


We currently have a return and replace order option as our exchange policy. The easiest way to make an exchange is by visiting your nearest store location. Please note, in-store prices may vary from online prices.
If you wish to make an exchange by mail, simply go to your online account and create a return, print label and ship item back. Feel free to replace the order and if a price change has occurred and you are within price adjustment policy, you can give us a call at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377) or email us at [email protected] and one of our friendly Customer Care agents will help you honor the same price for the replacement order. Please note that you will be charged for the replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.

Gift returns

If you received a gift that was purchased online, you can return it by mail or to a store location closest to you. To return by mail, visit our Online Return Center and enter your order number to start your return process.

Returns without receipt

If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original invoice/packing slip, simply reprint a copy of your original invoice/packing slip by logging into your account. Click on Online History then View Invoice to download a printer-friendly PDF version of your invoice.
